It has been a while since the Alaskan Cruise so here is a brief update.
When we left Washington we proceeded south into Oregon in hopes of stopping for some great cheese at the Bandon Cheese Factory. Ooops, it was shut down and is out of business. All was not lost though because we boondocked at the factory and explored the beautiful Oceanside town of Bandon. Funny, we had been there a number of times but only to get the cheese. What a neat little town. We then spent a week or so staying at casinos along Hwy 101 before parking the rig at Fortuna to spend time with our good buddies Stan & Mikki and their son Randy, his wife Cathy and their daughter Shelby. We will be here another week waiting for our mail to arrive and will then head south for the winter.
